Harmonic - VOS 360

As a first-level engineer at Harmonic Inc., I have provided technical support and proactive monitoring for a video streaming SaaS. Regarding the DevOps technologies I have learned, I highlight my experience in Kubernetes, Docker, Grafana, and Prometheus for log monitoring and Slack for customer communication.

I have also gained experience in cloud-based systems such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud among others in terms of communication and assistance in incident identification.

Regarding my responsibilities, I have managed communication with international clients and gained experience in On Call shifts for the EMEA, AMS, and APAC regions.

My role also includes assessing the status of containers using Kubernetes commands, ensuring optimal system performance.

In summary, my experience at Harmonic Inc. has allowed me to develop essential technical and communication skills for success in the DevOps field.
